Darwish, A. (year), "Article Title," at-turjuman Online.

"Are those who know and those who do not know the same?" Arabic calligraphy by Turkish Grand Master Calligrapher Hamed Al Amidi (1891-1982).

The articles and papers on this website vary from pure academic research to pungent, sarcastic criticism of translation practices in Arabic.  These practices are unbelievably retarded and immature  in many respects that a mere description is not enough to bring the message home about the urgent need for change.  Sarcasm is defined as "a mode of satirical wit depending for its effect on bitter, caustic, and often ironic language that is usually directed against an individual or a group." In the articles and papers on this website, sarcasm is directed at a chronic phenomenon and representative models, primarily in the media, rather than at specific individuals.

WARNING
It is almost impossible for any academic researcher to claim they have not come across work published, cited, quoted or referenced on the internet relevant to their area of study or research and maintain their credibility unless they are completely cut off from the internet, and that is also an impossibility. The articles and research papers presented here are made available to the readers in good faith.  Please ensure you acknowledge the source should you need to refer to any of these works. Research supervisors and peer reviewers have the ethical and scholarly responsibility for ensuring the sources are acknowledged by their students and contributors.
